CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, FORWARDING and HANDLING WORKS

The procedures concerning to the importation of the materials to be exhibited in Mersin 4th Food, Food Technologies & Packaging Fair to Turkey shall be fulfilled by the participants. The Fair Opening Permission Certificate required by the participant firms for the above-mentioned procedures shall be provided by FORZA. In case such service is requested to be obtained from the authorized customs and forwarding agency appointed by FORZA, an application shall be made to us and the List of Material Packages to be brought shall be sent to our address. You shall be informed accordingly after pricing is made according to the materials to be brought.

The participants requesting this service are required to submit their written applications indicating the goods they are to bring as well as their destination to FORZA or the authorized customs agency at least 1 month before the said goods are delivered to the related Turkish Customs point.

One ramp and other equipments necessary for unloading the exhibition or stand materials shall be made available in the fairground. The participants shall notify their requests concerning the special equipments necessary for unloading and indoors transport to FORZA or the authorized forwarding-handling firm at least one week before their goods are delivered to the fairground.
